At The Ebike Shop, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional freight pickup for heavy items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for any damage or wear, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
